Modern, Minimal-Damage Repiping

Restore Pressure Without Tearing Up Your Home

Older South Bay homes still running galvanized or aging copper lose pressure and develop leaks as pipes corrode from the inside. We repipe with PEX, targeting access points that keep drywall and plaster damage to a minimum.

Whole-Home Repipe

Full supply line replacement, typically completed in 1–3 days.

Restored Pressure

PEX lines don't corrode or scale shut the way galvanized pipe does.

Minimal Wall Damage

Strategic access points instead of opening every wall in the house.

Financing Available

Payment plans available for larger whole-home repipe projects.

Why Peak

Why South Bay Homes Need Repiping

Housing stock from the 1920s–60s across San Jose and Santa Clara County is reaching the end of its original plumbing's life.

01

Aging Galvanized Lines

Homes built before the 1960s often still run galvanized steel supply lines that rust from the inside, choking pressure over decades.

02

Hard Water Corrosion

Santa Clara Valley's hard water accelerates scale buildup and pinhole leaks in both galvanized and copper pipe.

03

Permit & Code Compliance

Repipes require city permits and inspection — we pull the permit and handle it so your job passes the first time.

FAQ

Repiping & Water Line FAQ

How long does a whole-home repipe take?
Most whole-home repipes take 1–3 days depending on the home's size and number of fixtures, with water restored each night.
Do I have to move out during a repipe?
No. We work room by room and restore water access at the end of each day — most homeowners stay in the house throughout the project.
PEX vs. copper — which is better?
PEX resists corrosion and mineral scale far better than copper or galvanized steel in our hard water, installs faster with fewer joints, and typically costs less installed.
Do repipes require a permit?
Yes. Whole-home repiping requires a city permit and inspection. We pull the permit and schedule inspection as part of the job.
How much wall damage should I expect?
We target strategic access points rather than opening every wall, and patch drywall openings when the plumbing work is complete.
